Film of the Week | The Skin I Live In (2011)

The film of this week is the Spanish psychological thriller The Skin I Live In. The Antonia Banderas starrer won the Best Film Not in the English Language at the 65th BAFTA Awards and was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Language Film. The film explores sexual identity, human envy, loneliness and death and also has a critical parallel commentary on the dangers of scientific advancement. Watch the trailer below.
